How can I get help setting up for my store?

How can I get a refund?

Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to CouponEx for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, setup fees, and any other charges incurred during the use of the service. By subscribing to and using CouponEx’s SaaS, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments made are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for termination or cancellation of the service.

Partial Refund of Unused Credits: In the event of service cancellation, any unused credits paid in advance will be partially refunded via bank transfer within 15 days of the end of the month of cancellation. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining balance of unused credits at the time of cancellation.

You can get our basic functions with no integration with digital communication like live sms, live ads or chat integration.

What are the differences between Starter Package and Professional Package?

You can get all of our basic functions. But with Professional Package, you can integrate with your POS, Communicaiton Channels and Free SMS monhtly upto 100 sms. All of our packages are included with hosting fee and free unlimited users.

What is so special about Business Package?

If you have a large chain of stores, Business Package is the right decision. With Business Package, our expert team includes at least 4 people will help you onboard and customise the platform upon your needs. You can also have extra thousands of free sms to send out to your customers.
